Sudoku is a popular puzzle and Sudoku with Words uses themed words instead of numbers. This means that pupils, working in pairs, will use the target language repeatedly as they try to solve the puzzle. There are three levels so that all pupils can work on the same puzzle depending on their ability. There is an answer key to all ten puzzles so you can ‘feed’ extra words to pupils who are struggling.

One-page stories with gaps. Teachers asks pupils for 'an adjective' 'a part of the body' etc and then read out the hilarious story. A great way to stretch your pupils' vocabulary, improve their awareness of parts of speech and to encourage story writing.
